- What I get if i place an order?
- If you place a BASIC order, at the end of the process, you will receive an email with a link to download your portrait or caricature 29,7 x 21 cm in jpg format @ 300 dpi.
- If you place a PREMIUM order, at the end of the process, you will receive an email with a link to download your portrait or caricature 29,7 x 21 cm in tiff format @ 300 dpi, plus the image printed on unframed canvass in 70 x 50 cm, hand signed on back and properly packaged, shipped to your home via courier.
- What does it mean 300 dpi?
- DPI is a measure of spatial printing or video dot density, and 300 is the standard value for high quality print, so in the end you will able to print your artwork wherever you want, paper, photographic film, canvas, or even on a t-shit.
- How long will it take to produce the portrait?
- There is not a standard time, it depends on the subject and its complexity, it could be one day or two weeks, speed and quality are not synonymous, anyway we keep in touch so we can inform you about the artwork progress step by step.
- What kind of photos should I send?
- The photos (more photos more choice and possibilities) or digital images must be sharp, clear, in focus, and good lighting. For caricature smiling photos are prefered. Usually, a serious, non-smiling, expressionless photos are not recommended. It is very important that the source pictures are high quality, in few words more readable the better results.
- If I'm not satisfied of the artwork?
- A good communication is fundamental, the artist and the buyer will be in touch during all the creative process, anyway if there is a particular request, just make it before the work starts and everything will be easier. The artist will submit a preview to the purchaser, and if the feedback is positive, will go on to finish the work.
- Which is the used medium to produce the artworks?
- The artworks are drawed and painted with digital medium using a tablet, take a look to the gallery and video to get a batter idea.
- What about the copyright and ownership?
- The artist maintain the full right to republish the artwork for advertising, promotional or marketing purposes. The buyer is free to use your portrait or caricature as you like for your own personal and not commercial use.

- Can I have a portrait of more than a subject?
- Sure you can, just send us all the details about your idea, of course more work higher price, but certainly we will find a solution.
- Can I have an absolute unique and not reproducible traditional medium artwork?
- Digital art, and in this case a digital painting, it is in the end a file reproducible for its nature, and in the art is treated just like a photograph. If you want, I can realize the portrait digitally, print it as base picture on the art canvass and paint it over with acrylic colors: in this way you can have your real painting with traditional medium, an absolute unique and not reproducible artwork under each point of view. Of course much more work much higher price, but certainly we will find an agreement.

- Sure you can, just send me the words you want to put in the picture and if you have an idea about format and style of the font, much better.

- For a BASIC order, no if you have already received the email with the link to download the final artwork.
