  • What I get if i place an order?
  • If you place a BLACK AND WHITE order, at the end of the process, you will receive an email with a link to download your portrait or caricature 29,7 x 21 cm in black and white / grey scale jpg format @ 300 dpi.
  • If you place a COLOR order, at the end of the process, you will receive an email with a link to download your portrait or caricature 29,7 x 21 cm in full color jpg format @ 300 ppi.
  • What does it mean 300 ppi?
  • PPI, pixels per inch, are measurements of the pixel density (resolution), and 300 is the standard value for high quality print, so in the end you will able to print your artwork wherever you want, paper, photographic film, canvas, t-shirts, mugs, ect..
  • How long will it take to produce the portrait?
  • There is not a standard time, every work is different, it depends on the subject and its complexity, it could be one day or two weeks. Speed and quality are not synonymous, anyway you will be informed about the artwork progress and usually the turnaround is quick, two or three steps: sketch, black and withe drawing / grey scale painting, and if required, color painting.
  • How can I send pictures using your contact form?
  • You can easly use Wetrasfer (or a similar free service) and then add the download link in the contact message.
  • What kind of photos should I send?
  • The photos (more photos more choice and possibilities) or digital images must be sharp, clear, in focus, and good lighting. For caricature smiling photos are prefered. Usually, a serious, non-smiling, expressionless photos are not recommended. It is very important that the source pictures are high quality, in few words more readable the better results.
  • If I’m not satisfied of the artwork?
  • A good communication is fundamental, if there is a particular request, just make it before the work starts and everything will be easier. The artist will submit a preview to the purchaser of the main steps of the artwork progress, and if the feedback is positive, will go on to finish the work.
  • Which is the used medium to produce the artworks?
  • The artworks are drawed and painted with digital medium using a tablet, take a look to the gallery and video to get a batter idea.
  • What about the copyright and ownership?
  • The artist maintain the full right to republish the artwork for advertising, promotional or marketing purposes. The buyer is free to use his portrait or caricature as it sees fit.

  • Can I have a portrait of more than one subject?
  • Sure you can, just send all the details about your idea, of course more work higher price, but an agreement will certainly be found.
  • Can I have an absolute unique and not reproducible traditional medium artwork?
  • Digital art, and in this case a digital painting, it is in the end a file reproducible for its nature, and in the art is treated just like a photograph.If required, the digital portrait can be printed and used as base picture on an art canvass and painted over with acrylic colors: in this way you can have your real painting with traditional medium, an absolute unique and not reproducible artwork under each point of view. Of course much more work much higher price, but an agreement will certainly be found. Email for more details and quotation.
  • Can I have some text in the picture?
  • Sure you can, just send me the words you want to put in the picture and if you have an idea about format and style of the font, much better.
  • Can I ask a portrait of my pet?
  • Dog cat or else, the rules are the same.
  • Can I also have the video of my portrait or caricature like the ones shown on the video page?
  • Sure you can, email for more details and quotation.
  • How do I pay?
  • You can use PayPal, the faster and safer way to pay and get paid online.
  • If I am not satisfied may I be refund?
  • Payment is required at the end of the process, when the buyer has already seen and approved the low resolution of the finished work. At that point the buyer pay only if really satisfied of the artwork. So in the end, there is no reason to ask a refund.
